TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN LIFE EXPERIENCE

That means the way that you feel toward what’s in your life is a direct

Expression of who you are. Who you are is exactly the same as what your

Inner values are – what you value in life. Being willing to see & act upon

Your values is what it means to take responsibility for your own actions,

Thoughts & feelings. Enabling you to be responsible for your own life.

3. Now Is Always The Time To:

REFUSE TO BE SELF COMPROMISING

Here’s a Special Insight: Only NOW exists!

Live in the present, the past no longer exists & the future hasn’t been created yet.

Drop any thought, feeling or action that creates conflict in you’re here & now for the

promise of a better feeling to come. Your True & only time is NOW.

Refuse NOW to compromise yourself, for example, do not put off feeling happy until you

get (x,y,z)…at a later date, be happy, NOW. When you get (x,y,z) you will be even happier!

4. Now Is Always The Time To:

REMEMBER YOU’RE NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD

Here’s a Special Insight: It may feel like it, but you’re not the only one who suffers!

That’s why you mustn’t be afraid to take a good around you, look at & really consider

other people & situations. This will help you to be less concerned with your life & the

way you feel about yourself — which will come as a welcome relief.

Just remember, you’re not the only one in the world – You are not alone.

GO BEYOND THE BEST THAT YOU THINK YOU CAN
